Here is a brief rundown on our exceptional property inspection team:
Dina Ketz has a B.S. Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and a Masters from Akron University. She is a member of ASHI** and has experience in renovation and construction.
Steve Schira, P.E.*, has a B.S. Civil Engineering and an MBA from Ohio State University. Also a member of ASHI**, Schira has experience in construction and engineering.
Bill Newman, P.E.*, has a B.S.E.E. from Ohio University.
Bill has experience in renovation and has over twenty years of engineering experience.
Mike Haines, P.E.*, has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University. Mike has over 35 years of construction and engineering experience.
Alan Gibson, has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Ohio State, a Masters in Material Science Engineering from Michigan State, and two years of PhD research in Material Science Engineering. Alan has 25 years of engineering and operations management experience, and currently teaches engineering related topics at a local technical college.
Chris Matthews, has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He has many years of experience in real estate, HVAC equipment and controls.
*P.E. (Professional Engineer) is a professional license requiring at least 8 years of engineering education and experience and passage of a comprehensive, 16 hour entrance examination.
**ASHI is the American Society of Home Inspectors. Eligibility requires inspectors to have performed a minimum of 250 home inspections and passage of a comprehensive entrance examination.
